Welcome to the Z and I Emulator for Web Troubleshooting Guide! This Guide can assist you with problems that you may be experiencing, including problems with installation, printing, the Deployment Wizard, and much more. It is designed to serve as a self-help tool to help experienced Z and I Emulator for Web administrators like you resolve your problem without having to call HCL Support.

The first step to solving your problem is completing the troubleshooting checklist. Similar to the way an HCL support person would ask you a series of questions, the checklist walks you through a list of steps designed to help determine the source of your problem.
